Illustrate：The use of electrical energy is increasing rapidly, both in industrial areas, in the world of education and for household purposes. With the increasing use of electricity, of course, it has an impact on the use of fuel for power generation, namely fossil fuels. If fossil fuels continue to be used over time, they will run out and cannot be renewed. Besides that, the impact of this process causes carbon emissions to increase so that it can cause a greenhouse effect and of course global warming. Therefore, it is necessary to conserve energy. Indonesia, which is a tropical area, has enormous potential for solar energy with an average daily isolation of 4.5-4.8 KWh/m²/day.To convert solar energy into electrical energy, solar cells are needed which are semiconductor materials using the photovoltaic effect (solar panels).
